4 PAW AGILITY CLUB OF NORTH GEORIGA
A performance dog club open to all dogs and handlers interested in agility, obedience, and other dog sports.
Affiliated with the AKC, the Four Paw Agility Club of North Georgia hosts annual obedience, rally, and agility trials open to all breeds. We believe in building strong bonds with our dogs through training and competition.

Return the completed application and a check for the yearly dues to a member of the 4 PAW Board of Directors or mail to: 4PAW, P O BOX 798, Woodstock, GA 30188
Once your application is received, you will receive notification of the next club meeting. We hope you'll begin to attend meetings right away. Your application for membership will be read at the first club meeting after the receipt of your application and will be voted on by the membership at the following monthly meeting. The entire process takes about 2 months. During this time we hope you will join us for the monthly meetings and all activities.
Once your membership has been approved, you are considered a member. To maintain your membership you must pay yearly dues on or before the due date.
